We are collecting used cell phones, smartphones, tablets, and laptops. We accept both working and broken devices – every item can provide real support to those in need.
You can send us:
🔹cell phones and smartphones (including damaged ones),
🔹tablets and laptops,
🔹computer components (e.g., hard drives, motherboards, processors, RAM modules).
It doesn’t matter what brand, model, or condition it’s in. Every device – even one that doesn’t work – can be put to good use.
Collected equipment:
🔹 we assess and sort items by type and condition,
🔹 the functional item is put back into service,
🔹 we send damaged items to a professional recycling facility,
🔹 we convert all equipment into funds that support missionary projects.
As a result, even broken devices can be turned into tangible financial or material support. We allocate the funds raised to support missionary and aid projects.
Since 99% of the phones and computers we receive are sent for recycling, there’s no need to worry that anyone will gain access to your personal data – but for complete peace of mind, it’s a good idea to delete it from the device yourself beforehand.
1. By mail or courier
Simply pack the devices securely (preferably in a cardboard box with protective padding) and send them to the following address:
Sekretariat Misji Zagranicznych Księży Sercanów
ul. Rakowa
11
10-185 Olsztyn
Sekretariat Misji Zagranicznych Księży Sercanów
ul. Radzyńska 3a
20-850 Lublin
It’s a good idea to include a brief note with your first and last name or the name of your parish/school/company (if the fundraiser is being organized by a group).
2. In-person delivery
You can drop off the equipment in person at our office during business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
3. Fundraiser at a parish, school, company, or organization
We’d be happy to help you organize a local e-waste collection event (at such an event, you can collect absolutely all electrical appliances, not just the “small” ones). We can provide informational materials, posters, and organizational guidelines, and arrange for pickup from any location in Poland. Just contact us:

If you’re not sure whether your equipment is suitable, have a large number of items, or want to organize a collection drive in your community – please contact us. We’d be happy to provide you with more information.
