We are ending the collection of clothes as part of the "Safe Mom" project. Clothes can still be sent only until September 17, 2025.
We would like to inform that, as of September 17, 2025, we will be concluding the clothing donation campaign we have been running for over two years in support of the “Safe Mother” project.
Thanks to the incredible generosity and commitment of our Donors, over 31 tons of clothing were collected, translating into more than 31,000 PLN – all of which has been allocated directly to the “Safe Mother” project.
Since the project began, our volunteers – doctors and medical professionals – have trained over 150 traditional midwives (matrons) in the Central African Republic, helping to save the lives of mothers and children. In autumn 2025, Iza Cywa’s team will travel to Africa for the sixth time! Each mission costs around 155,000 PLN, and all volunteers participate without receiving any compensation.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who took part in the campaign, especially schools participating in the “Zbieramto w szkole” initiative, as well as individual Donors who, for over two years, supported the “Safe Mother” project by donating their used clothing. Your help has literally saved the lives of women and children.
Although the clothing collection is coming to an end, we encourage you to continue supporting the “Safe Mother” project in other ways – every form of help makes a difference.
